Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.

Using the power of your imagination you will be guided through a visualisation exercise to create your personal calm space in your mind.

This is a stress-reduction technique that can be used whenever you’d like to self-soothe and relax. This space will always be available to you whenever you need it and wherever you are.

Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.

This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day.
