Connection: Becoming vulnerable
Mental Fitness Session hosted by our ARU Peer Wellbeing Mentor Vik, using the Fika App.

Your quick 15-30 minute micropause of the day to learn something valuable is here

What does Fika mean? Fika is Swedish and means ‘to have coffee’ and is an important part of the Swedish culture. The main idea is to be able to slow down and give yourself time to talk with someone and enjoy this time together.

This 15–30 minute session is designed to learn, practice, and reflect on yourself in the safe presence of a trained FIKA ambassador.

Every week a different topic will be introduced to improve your skills and practical coping mechanisms.

No preparation or prior knowledge is needed. Enjoy this micro-pause in your day!
