My name is Samuel Agyarko and I would like to nominate myself as the Accounting and Finance course representative for second year undergraduates. I believe that I am the ideal person to represent the Accounting and Finance department this academic year, this is because I am an approachable person with the desire to listen to others with any issues that they may have that is related to the course and also decide upon the appropriate action to implement improvement. I see myself as a confident individual with a passion to work alongside students and student reps to ensure pupils are highly motivated so that we can make a positive change to the student experience here at Anglia Ruskin University.

The most important point however, is what I would like to do for the students who I represent.

I would like to ensure that every single student here has a amazing time at University- inside and outside of the lecture rooms. This includes giving feedback on the way in which lectures are delivered and their content or the resources that are available to us at the University Library.

I hope to implement revision sessions during the middle of the semester so that we as students are up to date with the content that has been provided to us by our lecturers.

Lastly, I will do my utmost best to organise events that are tailored to Accounting and Finance students.
