Hi, I am Prince Aning and I am standing for Postgraduate Research Rep for the coming year. I am doing my PhD in Buisness full-time and I am nearing the end of my second year. I believe it is very important that we have someone who is dedicated to representing students and is committed to making students opinions heard. Postgraduate research students in ARU come from diverse background and I believe that someone with the experience in representing such a body will perform well in this role. I have been involved in representing international students and students from various backgrounds in the past and so I come to this role with transferable skills and abilities. The 2 years I have spent in  LAIBS has given me an inside view of how things work and how they can be made better. Wanting to contribute to this I have settled on the following points as my main goals when if I am to be the Postgraduate Research:

To actively seek and gather students opinions and ensure they are heard and reacted to by the relevant authorities. 

To attend all meetings and training sessions that will helpd me as Rep to perform my duties diligently.

To ensure that I am easily contacted by both students and the SU.
