MANIFESTO

Fellow PGR students,

My name is Adetokunbo Adegoroye and I am putting my forward once more for the post of ALSS Course rep 2017/18.

The post of course rep is one that requires a person who has a clear vision as well as a proper understanding of what it takes to effectively represent the interests of a diverse spectrum of PGR Students such as ours .I am that person and that is what I will bring to the table if you elect me as your course rep for 2017/2018.

My key strengths include the ability to listen attentively, to deliberate effectively, to respect everyone's views regardless of my own, to aggregate these views and to convey same towards the achievement of the goal of bridging the divide between the faculty and my fellow PGR students.

As your Course Rep, I offer my unflinching and unwavering commitment to convey and to lobby your ideas and your interests at the faculty level. Your voices will be heard. I also aim to bridge the gap between us and the faculty and by so doing build bridges that will bring about positive change.

I will do my utmost to ensure that your concerns and your ideas are presented and canvassed in the best manner possible. There is so much potential in this faculty and I am determined to get as much as possible out of it by hearing all of your ideas and making them happen. There is so much we can do together.
