Hey guys, I’m an international student currently in the third year of my PhD at the Faculty of Medical Science and my project is about trying to find novel drugs against fibrosis using phenotypic screening assays, so I spend most of my time in the lab. I am also one of the Student Representatives of the FMS Laboratory Safety Subcommittee, where I already gained an insight into work that makes a difference on faculty level and directly affects PGR students. As a Rep I would try to make your voices and concerns heard on a faculty level and advocate for an environment for PGR students to thrive!
