• Deadlines - I will make sure that deadlines are fair and seek extensions where necessary.
• Quality of the course - Should the situation arise (with your feedback) I will seek to ensure that the course content is not too easy or too hard and that it relevant. 
• Engagement - I will attempt to see if lectures can be made more engaging (if the people feel it is not).
• Your voice - Most importantly, I will bring forward your opinions and feedback to the staff, to try and make them come to fruition.
