I've worked at Barclays for 6 years and have had several different positions within RCS (Remediation Customer Services). My current role is Innovations Operations Manager, leading SME teams across PPI and PBA that create, develop and land small change, support larger change, and support the operation to create the perfect customer journey. In my previous studies I have noticed how little individual course representation there is, and some lack of communication between reps and University staff. I am really excited that this course has provided us the opportunity to have that open communication, and would love to represent all of us, ensuring our voices are heard.
I am really looking forward to this course, but am fully aware it is going to fly by!
