I'm Aysha, 19 years old, a very laid-back and approachable individual however I'm extremely dogmatic in my approach to getting things done and I have no qualms managing senior individuals, having run a successful not-for-profit company and launching a retail brand. 

I went to Ealing, Hammersmith and West London College, a college that had been failed four times previously in the past two years by OFSTED. Having identified grievances within the college and by the teaching staff as well as amongst the students, these translated into a non-conducive educational environment. I championed the voice of year of 2016/17 and worked alongside faculty members to secure changes to they teaching schedule and the expectations on marking which resulted in the year receiving blanket extensions on all 12 modules. 

I believe I could use my voice to represent and support the students through any of their issues at Anglia Ruskin.
