I am a second year Healthcare Science student with experience in working in the NHS as a student and an employee. My immersion into the healthcare sector has given me a wealth of experience that has allowed me to widen my networking skills and also my ability to work within a team, something I wish to use in the potential role of Vice President in our faculties.

I would like to improve the student experience across the faculties whilst also being an advocate for the views of the students I represent. I am enthusiastic about getting involved with the university community and having a SU that works for all students. I will work hard to ensure there is a better university/placment balance for students who spend the majority of their time on placements.

I have had previous experience as both a course and a faculty rep therefore, I have experience within how the university executive committee functions and the best way of making sure students' views are heard and acted upon.
