My main three aspects that I want to improve as a Faculty Rep are:

1. The ant tank on the first floor of the science building. For now, it is just a tank with soil and ropes. I intend to renovate it, with the help of students, teachers and university stuff. It can continue to be a terrarium with ants or other type of insects; or it can be changed to a small garden only with plants that can be further used in different experiments. This small change will make the environment more lively and interesting to observe. 

2. The communication board. The wall in the entrance of the science building is a place where students, teachers or any other party can put their communications to the public. To make the communication more clear and easier I want to reorganize it through dividing it by sections, such as communications that are relative to volunteering, societies, employability, university announcements, and others. 

3. The network within the faculty. The Science faculty has different courses and different degrees. The different areas of science are interconnected, so as future scientists it is import to be in touch not just with the area of interest but also with other ones. To increase the networks of the students, I want to organize social gatherings where all students, teachers, and university staff related to the science building will be invited; build a relationship between the different societies through events that will be planned in common, and to finalize the trimester I want to organize a prom ball for all students so we can share the relief of studies being over.

I believe that these changes will make our environment more attractive to be in and will allow the students to participate in more events that can improve their experience in the university as students.
