Hello!

My name is Sophie, and I would like to be one of your second year representative for Midwifery in Chelmsford.

As student midwives we work hard, juggling studying with practical placements. In order to be successful, it is vital that we are kept fully informed of our obligations to the University and their expectations of us, so we can manage our time and balance these commitments with those of family life. This has become even more critical as the Covid-19 pandemic means that the learning landscape is continually evolving.

As your representative, I would be your first point of contact for feedback on our course, any concerns you may have, and in holding faculty to account. I am approachable, pragmatic, and confident and enjoy finding solutions to challenging situations, making me well suited to this role.
