Hi, my name is Jennifer and I am running for Faculty Rep of Science & Engineering FOR YOU!
I am a first year Forensic Science student, however I have been here for two years already as I did a foundation year as well.
The reason as for why I am running for this position is because I want to do everything I can to help improve the student experience FOR EVERYONE. I want to be able to combine all the many different voices and opinions that we have and to not only help become a mediator to student as staff (as I am also the course rep for first year Forensic Science) but also help to achieve a more supportive student experience as a whole.
Things that I plan to work on if I am elected by YOU, because remember YOU are the priority:
- Endeavour to decrease meal prices and have a range of food.
- Have more accessibility to internships/work experience for the different courses.
- Ensure that all Faculties and Staff make the best decisions, keeping in mind the students FIRST!
