Hello cohorts, I’m Rohit Dhyani from India, pursuing my second year of bachelor's in computer science at the ARU Cambridge campus. I being an International student understand the need for continuous support to my fellow International community on our campus. I would like to work on the ground level with students through collaboration, communication, and compassion to develop a strong international community in our university, where every student is valued and respected as an integral part of our environment. I will carry the opportunity to every individual student, representing their voice of opinion and decision for a greater good and to stand together in the betterment of the international community on our campus. I propose to develop socio-cultural events to support and bring together the diversity of different nationalities in our University. I will be actively working towards liberation, equality, diversity, and inclusion of every student representing their country in our university.
My agenda is to:
- Work in collaboration with the international office to represent and support the international student issues and strive towards positive solutions.
- Work along with different nationality students to develop societies based on their country, culture, and region to give them a sense of importance, motivation and make them feel at home.
- Provide additional support to the international students who are disabled students, minorities, parents as students, LGBT students and students who are less in count from their country.
