Hey Everyone! My name is Naira Israelean, I’m a high achieving, dedicated and ambitious second-year LLB student. I chose to candidate for the position of Vice President because I have the interests and needs of students at heart. Since Primary school, I was involved in student councils and unions in roles such as President and VP and I would love to use all my experience in your benefit.  

If elected I want to focus on following issues that I discovered following my discussions with some of you.  

1. Work with students who live off-campus/ have caring responsibilities/ have children/ consider themselves as 'too old', to feel more included in Uni life  

1. Assignment and Academic Skills - extra academic guidance to help students with their essays and assignments.  

1. Bringing Cultural celebration of all kinds to ARU London.  

1. Make university more engaging and much more enjoyable experience:   

• more activities for students to get involved in so they can feel engaged within the university.  

• bring in more celebrations like Eid, Day of the Dead, and Hanukah amongst others. I want to include more gender involved events, like LGBT+ month, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day.  

And much more...Also, I am opened to new ideas from students and any issue that is brought to me I will look to it and make sure YOUR voice is heard by the right people.
