De-stress Fest

De-Stress Fest

We know that university can be a really stressful time for many. So your Students' Union and services from the University are putting on two weeks of events to give you a little break from lectures and revision - your mental health is our priority, so stay tuned for details of all the activities we have planned!

This year De-Stress Fest will run from Monday, March 4th - Friday, March 15th

We will be in Peterborough with a selection of events on Wednesday, March 13th - please join us there for De-Stress Fest Peterborough!

Also, don't forget to check out your campus libraries, who are putting on a selection of activities throughout the whole of De-Stress Fest. The library is a great place to find some extra support (check out the 'What's On' boards), pick up a book on wellbeing (or a fiction book for a bit of healthy escapism!), or ask a staff member for some guidance to help you through your studies!
