Anglia Pole Fitness (Cambridge Campus)
We are open to students of all genders, all body types, and any experience level, encouraging strength, empowerment, and self. Whether dance, strength-building, or finding empowerment interests you most, Anglia Pole Fitness has a place for you. Absolutely no experience needed—you will build the strength, flexibility, and endurance required!
Required gear: A comfortable top, a pair of gym shorts (leggings or joggers for hoop and silks), and plenty of water.
Pole Fitness classes with Wings will take place on Mondays 9:00 pm til 9:45 pm at the YMCA gym.
Pole Fitness classes are paid for individually - £3.
Aerial Hoop and Silks classes with Wings will take place on Thursdays from 7:45-8:45pm (at YMCA) and are also paid for individually - £3.
Open pole sessions will take place Tuesday 6-8 pm and Fridays 5-7 pm in the ARU Coslett Dance Studio.
Open pole sessions are free for members.
