Use your BooksPlus card with the Students' Union
Books Plus is a scheme that Anglia Ruskin funds to help you with the cost of study.
The purpose of Books Plus is to support eligible students with the cost of study resources and to encourage student engagement and a sense of belonging.
You can spend up to £100 of your £400 bursary at the Students’ Union!
With your Books Plus card you can buy;
- Anglia Ruskin University branded clothing.
- Major events tickets such as the Summer Ball, SU Awards and Sports Awards

Who is eligible?
You are eligible if you are:
- A Home or EU student studying on an undergraduate course funded by the Higher Education Funding Council (HEFCE)
- Or studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Paying the new higher rate of fees (non-NHS funded)
- Studying with Anglia Ruskin University on campus at Chelmsford, Cambridge, or Peterborough Guild House.
