Christian Union Society
Christian Unions are groups of students from a range of local churches. They join together to share the good news of Jesus with those around them.
At ARU Peterborough, Christian Union we want to:
- Spread the gospel, which is the fundamental message of the Bible that Jesus died, got buried and rose again to atone for the sin of the world
- Help Christian students engage with their faith and become more like Jesus
- Build a strong community of Christians and non-Christians
- Be a source of light on and off campus by exhibiting unconditional love, peace and unity in Christ
What to expect from Christian Union?
- Weekly meetings which involve Bible study, worship and activities
- Christian guest speakers from the local community
- Outreach evangelism for those comfortable doing so
- Social gatherings such as games night, coffee morning, conferences and dinner
