University can be a stressful experience, particularly if you are struggling outside of the classroom.

Together with ARU London, your Students' Union cares about you and wants to help you with whatever problems you are facing to ensure you can be the best version of yourself. Below are some additional places you can go for support.

 

ARU London Student Wellbeing

If you need some specific mental health support, access to a wellbeing mentor, or just someone to talk things through with, get in touch with the ARU London Student Wellbeing Team. For more information, click here.

 

ARU London Disability & Inclusion

Did you know, you have access to the ARU London Disability & Inclusion Team?

They are here to provide support if you are in need of someone to talk to about any personal circumstances affecting your studies. The Disability & Inclusion Team offer information, advice and support to students with disabilities. This includes mental health difficulties, on-going medical conditions and specific learning difficulties. For more information, click here.
