The SU Awards are fast approaching, coming up on the 3rd May, so make sure if you haven’t already bought your ticket, you do it quickly before they all go. Here’s everything you can expect if you decide to go to the big event!
A chance to dress up

This classy evening is an opportunity for you to dress to impress! It’s time to pull that sleek suit or fabulous dress out of your wardrobe, and get dressed up for one of the biggest ARU events of the year. Wear what you feel your best in, and come and have a great time.
Transport to and from the event

When you buy your ticket, you will also be asked if you want transport to and from the event. Each campus has a designated meeting spot, so check out where to meet at your campus.

The SU Awards are being held at Manor of Groves in Sawbridgeworth, and it is gorgeous! This Georgian manor house is set in the idyllic countryside of Hertfordshire, making it the perfect backdrop for some pictures.
Bang for your buck

For £25, you will be getting transport, a three course meal, a drink while waiting for transport, and of course, access to the Awards ceremony. Where else would you be able to get all this for £25?

As well as the drink you'll get while waiting for the transport, you also get a fancy three course meal. You’ll make your choices when you purchase your ticket. There is a vegetarian and vegan option available. This food is definitely Instagram worthy!

Above all, this is a night to celebrate your achievements. Our students are the reason we exist, and we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for you. We want to celebrate the time and effort you’ve put in, whether you’re a volunteer, a society member, or student staff. This is also the place we celebrate what our societies have achieved. We’re so proud of our students, and this is where we can showcase all the amazing stuff you guys have been up to!
