Does life seem to pass you by as you act on autopilot or repeat unhelpful habits?

Is your mind often far away or lost in the past and future?

These workshops will consist mainly of a simple guided practice, but will introduce some different themes on different weeks, such as anxiety and overthinking, emotional awareness and self-compassion, so that sessions will build on each other, should you wish to attend more than one. The practice will help you to wake up to the present moment and:

Be less overwhelmed by the challenges life throws at you.

Judge less and be kinder to yourself and others.

Take time out from doing and experience just being.

 

This workshop has limited spaces to aid the workings of a confidential space.  Please be assured that no-one will be asked to share their personal experiences, but reflections, feedback and questions may be helpful and are encouraged. There will be time available for this afterwards.
