Open Mic Night - Slammed

The first in a series of Open Mic nights brought about to inspire, challenge and ignite passion in Anglia Ruskin students.

For the first Open Mic we present...

Daisy T-G

A performance poet and playwright based in London. Those who are not strangers to the Cambridge poetry scene will definitely recognise this name but if you haven't had the pleasure of seeing Daisy perform you can check out her work here: www.youtube.com/daisytgpoetry

We have also invited Uppahar Subba and Tim Knight, ARU graduates and SU favourites.

Last time we held an Open Mic - everything happened - violinists, poets, singing, opera and we will see it all again. So come and join us, listen as the words inspire you, challenge you and we hope to see you get on that stage too. That's what this is all about - showing off our Ruskin talent.

If if you wish to perform please contact Sarah Haider by clicking here, by the 8th October at 12pm to reserve your place, there are 15 spaces for pre booked performances and this will also grant you FREE entry.
