Hello music lovers, charity enthusiasts and general lovely people of ARU!
YOU are invited to be part of something HUGE! Anglia Ruskin Students' Union and
Spotify are joining forces to raise money for the amazing music therapy charity
Nordoff Robbins, and have a great time doing so.
We want to raise as much money as possible between the 6th March and the 28th March, and end it on a massive night of night music in the Academy with 5 incredible bands playing including
Standing Like Statues and our very own
Ion Kingdom.
This is where you come in... we're looking for a dedicated team of students to be the leaders of the fundraising activity. If you are interested in music, or raising money for a good cause, or both, then this is the opportunity for you!
Please come along to our first meet up, you don't need any experience just a passion to help us make history by raising as much money as possible. It's on Tuesday 3rd March at 12.30pm- there'll even be some lunch provided!
Meet outside the Students' Union office (Helmore 125, next to Costa), and feel free to bring along as many people as you like (in fact, that's completely encouraged).
Students who get involved and help us raise money for this great cause will be privy to some special goodies too, Spotify will be providing lots T Shirts, 3 months Spotify premium accounts and more, and you'll get a ticket to the event on the 28th too!
So go on, do something amazing for charity. See you on Tuesday 3rd March at 12.30pm in the SU office for free lunch and idea storming!
