Currently Active Volunteering Roles:

• Coaching Assistant- Coaching Assistants support coaches in young athletes’ sessions, including helping to organize and supervise groups of young people at athletic training sessions. The training sessions take place all year and ideally the applicant will be available through both the winter and summer. We are particularly interested in young people who are willing to help these sessions be fun and safe for the children between 11 and 14 years old. Our young athletes training on Monday evenings throughout the year. Indoors from late October to late February. We are looking for people who wish to become qualified coaching assistants to lead coaching sessions under supervision of a qualified level 2 coach.

• Training Night Support- Supporting coaches at athletic training sessions, particularly for the 11-14 year old age group. From late October to late February C&C runs indoor training sessions in the University of Cambridge Sports Centre. The sessions are between 6pm and 8pm on Mondays. We are particularly interested in young people who are willing to help these sessions be fun and safe for the children between 11 and 14 years old.
