Please use the form below to request use of the Dance Studio. Please be aware filling in this form does not guarantee a booking. You will be contacted by a member of SU staff to confirm your booking. Please also be aware of the Terms and Conditions of using this space. 

Please be aware that the hours available for booking are between 6am and 9pm; no booking can be made outside that period. Please be aware that the Dance Studio will not be available during bank holidays when the SU is closed.

Please note that we require 5 business days notice for room bookings. If you submit your booking at short notice, your booking may not be approved. Union-affiliated Clubs and Societies and University Sports Clubs are given priority access to this space and we will take the nature of the activity into account when approving bookings.
