The Summer Festival is on Friday 9 May 2025 from 6pm until 2am.

Absolutely! There will be a licensed bar selling beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and soft-drinks. There will also be food trucks making sure no festival-goer goes hungry!

The event is open to all current ARU students and alumni. The event is 18+ and ID may be required upon entry.

Expect live bands, DJs, a silent disco, fairground rides, and more! Line-up details coming soon.

All standard ticket-holders will make their own way to and from the event. If you have purchased a ticket with transport, there will be shuttle buses running from the event to the Chelmsford campus. If you are travelling from further afield, we suggest you organise transport/book taxi's in advance.
