Greetings and well met my fellow adventurers. We as a society will be travelling down to HMS Yule Ball for the Christmas meet-up!

LASAR is not running the event; We just provide the transport.

We will be picked up at the Uni at 15:00 on the dot and picked up from the Ball at 23:00.

There are limited spaces so first come first serve!

Castle Three Acres, Leicester Road, Tilbury, Essex, RM18 7AX

There will be a open Council Meeting first followed by the Banquet, Competitions & a Raffle.

 Cost to attend is lookingatvabout £5 adult Free for children under 16!

Please bring food for Buffet and a bottle of drink for drinks table.

Everyones favourite Mead Lady and her most excellent husband will be present as well selling there wares!
