Join our Give It A Go for two hours of intensive exercise, which has been proven to increase blood flow, reducing cholesterol levels thereby improving heart health. We'll be walking from Pokemon GO stop to stop, trying to see how many we can get done in two hours, and then cooling down to de-stress ourselves!
Make sure to bring a bottle of water, and your walking shoes as we breeze through town!
Meet outside the LABs building at 1:50pm, we set off at 2pm! Hope to see you there!
