Everyone feels overwhelmed at times. Our Open Door calm space hosted by CPSL Mind provides somewhere to go if you need a bit of space and tranquillity.

Join us for the first session back where we will be starting with the basics of mindfulness.

You will be guided through a variety of meditation exercises such as body scans, breathing exercises and visualisations which can help you find some calm and reduce stress.

This session will help you to pay attention to the present moment in an open and non-judgmental way.

Whether you are new to mindfulness, have never tried it before or practice mindfulness regularly, we can all benefit from going back to the basic concepts.

Each week you will have the chance to chat with others and share your experiences, however, this is a safe space, and you can choose whether to join in with discussions and reflections.

This is a judgment-free space where everyone is welcome, and we have no problems with cameras being turned off. Simply join us and create some calm and quiet in your day
