Pole Training Session

We are open to students of all genders, all body types, and any experience level, encoraging Strength, empowerment and self. In addition to pole fitness we have expanded our repertoire and included aerial hoop and silks training on Thursdays. Whether dance, strength-building, or finding empowerment interests you most, Anglia Pole-Flex Arts has a place for you. Absolutely no experience needed—you will build the strength, flexibility, and endurance required!

Required gear: A comfortable top, a pair of gym shorts and plenty of water. 

Classes are paid for individually - £2.50 per Class

Meeting point - 

D3 bus stop on Drummer Street. Get the 16:15 bus to Camborne, get of at the American Cemetery and walk back down the hill to Mill Farm
