Every month we’ll be holding events and activities aimed at providing you with a chance to chill out and chat to other students and members of the SU. Whether you just need a break from lectures and assignments or you’d like more information about the University’s wellbeing or advice services, come and join us for a relaxing afternoon.
It’s well known that sitting down and having a chat with new and old friends is a great way to relieve stress. Step away from your essay and join us for a slice of cake and a hot drink (vegan and gluten free options available).
This month we'll be joined by your VP AHSS, Amanda Campbell-White, as she hosts 'A Bloody Brunch'! Amanda's Bloody Mess campaign looks to end period poverty amongst students, whilst looking at how the University may approach the challenges that students face and look at options around sustainability, ensuring that we contribute to the environmental challenges our planet faces today.
This issue affects all types of students, the aim of this tea and cakes is to highlight the issues, raise awareness and have the conversations.
