Drop by at any point between 1pm and 3pm to learn how to give hand and arm massages (of course you'll receive a massage, too!). As part of De-Stress Fest, we want students to learn some tools to relax, and a hand and arm massage will also help your paper-writing muscles. It will take around 10-15 minutes - sessions are drop-in, so no need to book, just turn up and you'll be ready for the next session!
