We will be hosting a fashion show to support cultural diversity here on campus.
Tuesday the 13th of March from 7pm-10:00pm in the Dome on the Chelmsford campus there will be a global fashion show. The fashion show will showcase and celebrate students in their traditional dress as the host describes what country the clothing is from and a bit of history behind the clothing. ALL are welcome to join in and model, it’s a place for students to celebrate themselves and share their culture with the ARU campus community. Sign-up for free at www.angliastudent.com/fashionshow
We are also incorporating my Cultural GIAG passports into these events so you will receive a stamp for attendance of both events. If your ‘passport’ has the three stamps for attending the 3V's events you will receive a certificate for going out of your way to learn about other cultures and celebrating your own. Some come along and take part in the fun! You don’t want to miss this.
During Global Week in Chelmsford, we will also have lunch time language lessons, international film nights, fun and FREE activities and great talks on inclusion. Check the website for more detailed information of the places events will be taking place!
