EAST CREATIVE AND OLLIE LOCKE PRESENT: THE CHAPPY TALKS

Chappy is a new dating app all about promoting healthy relationships in the gay community and educating young gay men on the dangers they may face, but also the opportunities they should embrace. Launching a national tour, Ollie is hosting panel discussions in twelve major cities across the UK. Targeted at young gay men who have come out or are still considering their sexuality, the panels feature a range of successful and inspirational gay men from different fields of work and? ?entertainment.

The talks will cover a range of subjects including Ollie’s experience as the first gay man to come out on national television, and his Chappy colleague Ben Moore who came out after being attacked with acid outside a London nightclub. Other topics of conversation include the renewed HIV epidemic, tips on forming your own community at university, and career advice as a gay man? ?leaving? ?university.
