🎉 Celebrate Holi with Us! ðŸŽ‰

Join us in Ruskin Courtyard on 14th March from 16:00-18:00 for a vibrant celebration of Holi, the Festival of Colour. Expect an afternoon filled with music, energy, and tradition as we come together to mark the arrival of spring in spectacular style.

Your ticket includes:

  • Traditional food to fuel your paint throwing
  • Loads of coloured paint for an immersive Holi experience

Event Itinerary

  • 15:30 - Gates open
  • 16:00 - Incredible dance performances from our Indian & Kerala Societies
  • 16:30 - Delicious food provided by Tiffin Truck
  • 16:45 - Dhol Drummer performance & Colours 
  • 17:00 - DJ Set from the amazing Vibrantz London

The Nightlife Safety Campaign is a student-led campaign promoting nightlife safety through awareness, creativity, and community engagement. Partnering with charities like Strut Safe, SOS Bus, Purple Flag and Nightlite, we equip students with practical knowledge to stay safe on nights out.

The ARU Students' Union Gender Expression Fund

The Union recognises the potential financial burden that can be faced by students undergoing any level of gender identity transition. To ensure students can live as their most authentic self, regardless of their economic background, we have created this fund to allow students of any means to buy items that most match their identity.

Sharmeen, your Student Union officer (Vice President Healthcare Practice) has been working closely with Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) and the Chelmsford Islamic Society to establish a Muslim Prayer space at ARU Chelmsford.
