I want to be your voice. Like The Voice of Sauron but cuter.
Whether I'm direct representation of you as a white, non-passing, non-binary trans woman woman or not; I desire nothing more than to be a charismatic silver tongued intersectional megaphone for all trans and or non-binary students at Anglia Ruskin University.
I'm a not binary trans woman. I'm not passing. Even when I do start taking HRT I don't know if I'm going to pass but I don't know if I want to. But I want ARU to be a place where you can choose to walk proud and strong however you choose to live your truth!
I am PROUD to be trans and I want you to be too!
These are trying times, we have never been a more visible people than today. We have visibility but to be visible has never been so dangerous.
You deserve a strong voice. One that's not afraid to punch up.
My goals as ARU Cambridge Trans Rep are to:

Continue the work of my predecessor to continue his good work, to teach me all I need to know to help us all ahead in such a trying time.

Working with trans students and external resources, I want to produce free resources for trans students to help them navigate this cis world. What does it mean to be one of us? How do we access trans healthcare? Which spaces in Cambridge are safe welcoming spaces to relax, eat, party and socialise?

I believe pride should be a protest as much as it is a chance for celebration of our identity and I want to do my best to influence the event to those ends.

I will speak for all trans students in SU meetings with an emphasis on the beliefs and concerns of the collective, not myself.

Do all I can to stomp out Trans Exclusionary Fascist beliefs and policies. Freedom of speech will not be freedom to discriminate in this university.
Regardless of how you choose to vote I hope you appreciate the sincerity of my words.
I can only hope to match those words with sincere actions if elected!
