Afro Caribbean - Cambridge

know where he is going unless he knows exactly where he has been and exactly how he arrived at his present place - Maya Angelou

Anglia Ruskin University aim for ACS to help African and Caribbean communities to educate, inspire and empower each other and create a strong community. We achieve this by teaching ourselves and others about our beautiful history, culture and our achievements through time. We hope to build a sense of unity and togetherness and be the backbone of the black community in Cambridge.

We plan to have many events and shows which display our real history and the fact that we are descendants of power, strength, beauty, royalty and intelligence. Look out for our flyers for our first meeting
