We pride ourselves on offering a friendly, professional environment that are key ingredients to helping you acheive your exercise goals. We can be found on the ground floor in the Bryant Building on the main campus.

The resistance section compromises of Nautilus fixed station equipment providing a total body workout, and a free weights area with dumbbells ranging from 2.5 - 35 kg, a smith bench press and cable crossover. We believe in total wellness which is why we have a specific stretching area to help improve your flexibility or work your core abdominals or lower back muscles.
