What is Spring Break?

Well it’s like a freshers week but ABROAD and without any lectures to attend after a great night out!

Last year was the launch and saw acts such as Hed Kandi, The Hoosiers, Vengaboys and more all perform.

This year will be even better...Pendulum have already been confirmed and the word on the street is that Calvin Harris and The Ting Tings are likely to be added as well.

There will be a massive flirt party, as well as loads of beach activities. Have a look at www.sbuk.com for more details BUT make sure you book through the Students' Union to ensure you end up with your mates!

So how do you book?

Well the cost of Hotels and entry to all the great nights is £150 (you are responsible for sorting your own flights – Ryanair anyone?).

You can pay for the holiday over several months as long as you get a deposit of £50 to us by the end of this term and the remaining balance to us before the end of

February. You can pay £10 a week if you wanted to!

You just need to come up to the SU Office (down from Costa Coffee and the SU Bar) with your money and we’ll take care of registering you and ensuring you get updated.

Deposits are non refundable.

Can my friends from back home come?

YES! You don’t need to be a student, you just need to let us know when your booking and obviously you need to pay for them. Rooms are booked in 4’s. You don’t need to fill a room as we’ll put people together where they want to be or place them with others from this uni where needed.

Passports!

Make sure you have a passport that is in date.
